By uploading content to our Service:

  • You represent that you own or have legal rights to all uploaded content
  • You are solely responsible and liable for all content you upload
  • You warrant that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your content
  • You acknowledge that you may face legal consequences for uploading prohibited content

3.3 Content Moderation and Platform Rights

We maintain the following rights regarding user content:

  • We use automated systems and AI technology to detect prohibited content
  • We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to monitor and review uploads
  • We may remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations
  • We are not liable for failing to detect or remove all prohibited content

  • Content filtering systems may not catch all violations - users remain fully responsible

3.4 Platform Immunity and Safe Harbor

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI FACE SWAP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Age Restrictions and COPPA Compliance

Our Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):
